A large Victorian rectory next to a beautiful church in central London. Four light-filled storeys, many original features, overlooking unusually large leafy garden which was once the graveyard.

This is a preliminary record. A new batch of pictures is in the process of being taken as these images may not reflect current styling. (At a minimum, the living room no longer has grey walls, but the terracotta/red walls as shown)
This is a large Victorian former rectory set in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a beautiful (1830's-ish?) John Soane church, St Peter's Walworth. The busy Walworth Road with its nail bars and betting shops, small quirky old-fashioned independent shops and supermarkets is a 3 minute walk away, but Liverpool Grove itself is a quiet, leafy enclave with interesting architecture and the green space of the park next to the church.
