The site hosts two main buildings - the Office block, and the former factory with warehouse and loading bay. Both buildings have some broken windows, spatterings of graffiti (some artistic, others less so!). Overall, the site has a derelict appearance, but is safe to use.
In the offices there are a variety of rooms in different sizes. Some are relatively tidy, others have debris in them. (If required, debris can be cleared by either owners or hirer, with prior agreement.)
The factory has large rooms, some partitioned off, with steel pillars, peeling paint on walls, windows and ceiling, and offering interesting opportunities to filmmakers or music videos, fashion shoots, or drama.
Some rooms in the image gallery are presented with temporary wooden structures. These can be easily removed if required, either in specific spaces, or across the whole building. The same is true of window drapes.
On the ground floor there is the former reception with desk and window. There is a large map of the world on the wall, and stairs taking visitors to the first floor offices above.
Whilst there are industrial lifts, these are not in use. Instead, industrial concrete stairs connect the floors, and a skywalk connects the Office building with the factory. (It's not too difficult to get equipment to the roof of either building, but recommended that runners are available to assist especially for larger shoots.
There is a large space available for use as chillout or green rooms space.

The exterior facade is that of a derelict site. There are alleyways, loading bays, a (currently) derelict pond outside the main reception, and a large overgrown car park.
The car park may be hired for external shoots of as a unit base.
In addition, there are large roofs that can be used for filming. Two of these spaces could be used for "filming down" from one roof to another if required. Other rooftops have interesting structures or features, and all have 360 degree views that provide industrial, commercial, residential and countryside backdrops.
