located in a small village described as - 'last of the summer wine' country. We are in a valley bottom and there is lots of open countryside in the vicinity. The house is an old Victorian stone built terraced house over 3 floors. The property has a dining kitchen and children's playroom on the bottom floor, on the first floor we have two reception rooms and a toilet. On the top floor we have three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is generally newly decorated still with some period features.
