There is a log burning stove with carbon monoxide and fire alarm.
There is a homemade large bench, large table and also small table with 10 chairs. There are wooden shelves, wooden footwear rack and some wicker baskets. All of these interior items can be removed, apart from the stove.

We have 14.5 acres of farm land which mostly consists of 3 large fenced fields, but also some woodland and also vegetable patches and beds.
There are 3 spots of woodland, one with a woodland trail, one with outdoor musical instruments and one with a large firepit area and open fire with cooking tripod and sitting logs. The fields are slightly sloped in different ways and can contain sheep.
There is also a polytunnel for growing young plants, a shed and two metal containers used as office and tool shed space. There is a fenced off pond area at the bottom of one of the woodlands. We also have a young orchid growing.
