This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users in order to facilitate a better service and provide tailored tools to suite regisgstrants.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from website visitors. For users who register to become clients or are already clients, we only request the minimum data necessary to facilitate our collaboration.

Registration and authentication

Personal Data collected for the following purposes and using the following services:

Direct registration

Personal Data: Company name, Email address, First Name, Last Name, Password and Phone number

Data regarding Owners

We collect name, address, email, phone details. These are kept until the property is removed from the library. This data is not disclosed until we have a live opportunity and client details. We also collect bank details when we need to pay owner for a shoot. We don’t save this information other than in the bank, and that only shows us abbreviated account number.

Data regarding Clients

We collect name, company, address details in addition to bank details to return deposits quickly after a shoot. Again, the only place where we retain these bank details is on the bank’s website. We only ask for bank details when we have had a shoot and need to refund deposits quickly. We reserve the right to use client details to send mailshots to people who have signed up for newsletter updates.

SPAM protection

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile as a CAPTCHA alternative to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect interaction data such as browser type and challenge results. No personal data is stored by Turnstile. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
