The snooker/games room over looks the garden and in addition the large lounge and dining room provide enough seating for 7 and 10 respectively. Both these rooms are neutral and minimally decorated. There is a real wood/coal fire in the lounge.
Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms with a walk in wardrobe situated in the double aspect bedroom.
The bespoke floor to ceiling shoe shelving is a great feature and the rest of the wardrobe has drawers and hanging space.
At present bedroom 2 is an older teenager room with large build in wardrobes and bedroom 3 is a guest room more stylishly decorated with Designer's Guild fabric for curtains.

The exterior of the house is mainly painted white with a black porch and other black painted features such as the old extra wide large wooden front door.
The garage door is also painted black.
