An abandoned Victorian mansion and a fully derelict cottage on the same plot, as a vacant site, it is available for shoots 24/7. Recces can easily be arranged at any time via a local agent.
Suitable for very large shoots: as a large site with plentiful hard standing for vehicles, and with few near neighbours, it is suitable for even the very biggest shoots.
The mansion is boarded up but in relatively good condition inside. There are a substantial amount of large empty rooms available throughout. Stripped back kitchen areas, a fully fitted kitchen and a bar type area some of the more "furnished spaces". Some rooms have an urban feel with graffiti, in particular the attic rooms. Up here, you also have access to the pitched roof.
The owners welcome crews decorating or extensive set dressing within the property, with prior discussions.
