Converted School Hall Home Available for Filming

Interior

he main space is the former school hall. It's double height with a mezzanine gallery running along one side, so you can shoot down into the room as well as across it. The ceiling is pitched and vaulted with the original cornice following the roofline.

The windows are the original arched school sashes, full height, with the panelled folding shutters intact. Light is exceptional. South facing, strongest morning + early afternoon.

White painted brick and burnt oak floors throughout. Black cast iron fireplace with a woodburner and a large antiqued mirror panel above it.

Open plan through to a green kitchen. Flat panel cabinetry, green serpentine marble worktops with an integrated stone sink, blue painted recesses, range cooker, and birch ply joinery and staircase.

Two tan leather Ligne Roset Togo sofas, plus a pine Vaarnii dining table and chairs seating eight, a black USM Haller sideboard, a Soho Home pleated floor lamp, a six sphere convex mirror piece, and a steel coffee table.

There's also a wet room finished in green microcement, with mint green sanitaryware, unlacquered brass fittings and a green marble basin carved from a single block.

Outside is a private paved courtyard, screened with bamboo, with palms in black planters and seating. It works as its own set.

Bedrooms: 2 (but these are occupied, so won't be able to shoot in).
