34 Acres of private, secluded woodland. A mix of both planted trees and ancient woodland, our woodland consists of several types of trees (pines, larches, oaks, chesnuts) as well as lots of plant such as rhodedendron and bracken.
The woodland has been mainly untouched and in a natural state but with some clear vehicle width tracks running around for good access. We can tidy sections on request if needed and we welcome you to use how you wish.
There is a back gate vehicle entrance and only a few neighbours who are fairly out of the way. The location is perfect as it just 5 mins off junction 11 m25 and close to Shepperton studios.
A clear area in the centre will hold approx 15/20 cars with potential to clear extra spaces for vehicles.
Available all days/hours as its privately owned with no restrictions.
There are very few neighbours who will not likely be disturbed dependent on where in the woods you are.
Currently there is no electricity or water as this is a natural woodland.
There is some hard standing parking and a large area of soft. But more spaces can be cleared on request and its possible for us to create extra hard standing. we have lots of space for Unit Base.
