White painted cob farmhouse with old slate room. Outside looks less 'done=up' than inside. Beautiful countryside views in every direction. Surrounded by 32 acres of hills, fields, woodland. Stream across the bottom of the property. Lightly gravelled car parking area on one side, paved patio and garden on the other, prettier side, with a small cobbled courtyard in the middle. Lower ancient cobbled courtyard surrounded by three barns, one slate roofed the other corrugated metal roofs. The barns are not painted and look very rustic and run down.
