Large warehouse type building space with high ceiling and enormous depth. The air vents on the floor and smooth concrete finish to the perimeter walls provide a very unique look to such a vast space. The juxtaposition of an urban appearance within a rural environment really adds to the unique aesthetic of this location.
There is a fully manual operated shutter door to let in a huge amount of natural light, or close it to fully block out all light.
The interior features a combination of concrete flooring and a metal mesh floor. There are 10ft smooth concrete walls surrounding the perimeter. There is raised wooden platforms surrounding the edge walls which can support substantial weight and provide an elevated perspective. Total of circa 10,000 square feet. The building is primarily used as a grain store during harvest season and as such provides a much more unique look and feel to a normal warehouse building. There is power access in the building - long extension leads are advisable as power sockets are high up. Exposed Brick Walls
The exterior is corrugated iron/steal and breeze block. The top half is green and breeze blocks are grey. There is a large (25ft) metal shutter that is operated manually using a pulley system. Surrounding the building is gravel and several large silo, tank structures.
