There are two themes to this property, a more recent modernisation, living accommodation, and a mostly original barn. The living accomodation is not quite liveable in but requires mainly cosmetic updates. The barn is the most intriguing part of this property with massive wood beams supporting COB floored upper levels, various types of external doors and windows. The contents of the barn have been mainly left untouched for some decades, even some WWII ration boxes found, graffiti on the walls from 1890's . The lower floors have an erie feeling due to small windows and maze like rooms. An out side hand pumped cast iron well is near the front gate.
Walls & Windows
Exposed Brick Walls
Situated in rural lower Normandy, plenty of out side space and surrounded by farm land. The overall feel is of a run down farm property.
