The site comprises of several interesting spaces to film period projects, or shoots requiring textured backdrops.
Vaulted Basement
- The vaulted basement is a large space of approximately 60ft square and has the original flooring. (images show the floor with protective coverings)
- Easy access from the private garden
- The walls have a naturally textured stone finish.
- There aren't many supporting beams to impair camera or movement within the space.
- Windows are limited in number, and are relatively easy to black out if required.
Gallery Rooms
- There are two long gallery rooms which are easily accessible via some recently added stairs.
- These rooms are long and narrow(ish) at approximately 20ft wide and 60ft long.
- These two rooms have high ceilings with original beamed ceilings.
Period Theatre
- Intimate theatre with stalls seating and additional raised seating areas
- Charming, intimate space for filming or dramatic performances
- 2 dressing rooms also available. These have domestic power, lights, mirrors, hanging rails and a WC
Event Rooms
Large long period rooms with original fireplaces, timber flooring, beamed ceilings and unglazed windows. (windows have blinds which can be removed in preference for blackout options).
