With a total of 60 acres, gardens, a vast private lake, vineyards, woodland, an island on the lake and large fields surrounding the estate. To the back of the house you will find a vast patio, for al fresco dining and relaxing, complete with a fire pit, BBQ and pizza oven. A short walk from the house down the private garden you can find a patio area which overlooks the panoramic view of the lake, within an area of pure tranquillity. The house features a full-sized private tennis court for guests and outdoor tennis table. There is a large drive way at the front of the house, that has space for 10+ vehicles. The vineyard field can accommodate 50+ cars.
