The property is the second floor of an old victorian mill. The main room has original wooden floors throughout, with concrete strips in parts. The main room has colourful struts / poles running throughout the room. The room is bathed in natural light and has a very urban gritty texture to the walls with paint peeling off showing a variety of colours from years gone by. A recent addition to this room is the construction of the pallet wall, made from over 40 pallets the wall covers approximately 200 square foot wall. it is much revered and envied buy all who see it!
The second room is a room with very matte colours of grey and green. This room also has poles within it, along with two smaller rooms within it and a metal set of stairs. The Room has a slate slab floor from the 19th century when it was built. The two room ares linked with very large sliding steel doors and a stairwell. There is also an old unusable lift door, painted blue.
The third room is our smallest space is our office space. This is a prefabricated room, which also houses our green room. Atlas mill has working toilets, shower room and kitchen. It has a personnel lift and also a freight lift. Large stairwells also give easy access to the floor. All the areas are bathed in natural light from 3 metre high windows.
Electrical supply is plentiful in the main room and the office space, with mains plugs throughout both rooms. There is also 3 3 phase electrical sockets located in the main room with the wooden floor.
Within the Slate room there are no electrical points nor working lights, extension cabling for both the 3 phase and the main electric will be necessary.

Located on the edge of a housing estate on one of the main roads into and out of Bolton. Over the road from the mill is one of the largest Morrisons in Bolton, along with a petrol station. A large selection of take aways, of all selections, are available on the main road.
