Interior

A tiled porch and entrance hall leads to the cosy kitchen where. There is a door from the kitchen leading to a large south facing sitting room overlooking the secluded garden. This has an open fire and three comfortable sofas. There is a small library of books and DVDs making it a lovely sunny room to relax after a busy day on the beach.

The master bedroom has a large double bed and the original Victorian fireplace, the lovely wooden ceiling makes it a haven of peace overlooking the sunny garden. The master bedroom has the luxury of its own en-suite shower room and w.c. Two further bedrooms have twin beds, one overlooks the garden the other the quiet street. Both have the original Victorian fireplace. All the bedrooms have comfortable contemporary furnishings with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels. The family bathroom has a bath, w.c. and linen cupboard.

Exterior

There is a large south facing secluded garden with lawns and a patio area which is perfect for a summer barbeque or sunbathing and a safe play area for children. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads via a footpath across road on a five minute walk through the sand dunes to the southern end of the beach. There is a garden table with chairs . Ample parking space for two cars. Village shops and pubs are only 5 minutes walk away and an excellent golf course is nearby. One of the most breathtakingly picturesque coastal regions. the country has to offer, with a spectacular castle standing 150 ft above the sea.
