About The WoodlandThe 200 acres is a mix of natural ancient woodland (there are over 40 indicators), commercial woodland, and new plantation rich in species.There is a mix of broad-leaf plantations and natural ash and oak woodland with:* Veteran Beech trees* Beech* Hazel* Field Maple* Wild Cherry* Holly* Goat Willow* Larch Scot's Pine* Crab Apple.In all, there are over 150 Plant species.Associated BuildingsWithin the woodland are:1) a small iron church known as the Church in the Wood. The Church was constructed in 1883.2) The unused saw mill (17m x 11m)* open sided* containing a vintage rack saw bench (stenner and gunn )* a rotary saw bench (John Pickles & Son)* a saw pit3) remote unused livestock barn (16m x 12m)* only accessible by half a mile of woodland tracks* partially timber claddedThere are a further 30 acres of stables, fields and old agricultural buildings that would also be available, and for which I am providing images for those people who have an interested in filming in imperfect environments.Travel60 minutes to and from London via the M3 motorway or mainline trains
