About The WoodlandThe 200 acres is a mix of natural ancient woodland (there are over 40 indicators),commercial woodland, and new plantation rich in species.There is a mix of broad-leaf plantations and natural ash and oak woodland with:* Veteran Beech trees* Beech* Hazel* Field Maple* Wild Cherry* Holly* Goat Willow* Larch Scot's Pine* Crab Apple.In all, there are over 150 Plant species.Associated BuildingsWithin the woodland are:1) a small iron church known as the Church in the Wood.
