One main room with canoe suspended from ceiling, a kitchen area with a rustic French metal table and hand-painted cupboards, another smaller area off the main room with a panoramic view of the beach.
A small double bedroom furnished with a cast iron bed and a door to the small hallway, which in turn leads to the toilet and shower room.
Of shabby chic presentation with various chairs, Lloyd Loom and wire vintage chairs, a couple of 'bistro' chairs, and a distressed rexine sofa. A large selection of seaside-y and nautical props, and more available that can be brought in to order.

Situated on a beach on the North Kent coast less than 60 miles from London.
Single level house/shack on a sand and shell beach.
Once part of a small fishing community, rough and ready but basic amenities and basic interior.
Isolated, lonely, reached by an unmade farm track, and then a ramp up to the grass-covered sea wall One of a handful of similar yet different shacks which have grown organically over the past 100+ years.
Sea and beach on one side and marshland and fields as far as the eye can see on the other. The entire area is a SSSI and a RAMSAR (an internationally recognised wet-land), within walking distance of a National Nature Reserve.
French doors lead onto a porch which faces east, and an area of decking facing the sea. The decking extends halfway around the southern side of the property.
The shack is on a fenced plot about 60' square, and we have a right of way to the sea. There is a proper WC!
