a 32amp socket on the wall with a 5m extension cable. Also normal house sockets x 12. There are 2 large tungsten lights on a beam facing down into the main space. Some other halogen lights which can be moved around.Small electric heater but the space is otherwise unheated.
Red leather 3 seater and armchair and a red fake velvet armchair and some other single seats.
Large workbench and some other benches. Many tools and different metalwork equipment.
Trolleys and other industrial bits and pieces.
There are also loads of props of various kinds which i will photograph later.
The space itself has a concrete floor and a brick railway arch overhead (5.5m at the highest) with block walls on 3 sides 1 of which is under the stairs to the mezzanine and a white brick wall.
A small toilet. A tiny wooden office in pretty bad condition.
Tea/coffee making facilities available and a fridge.
