This film location house offers a wealth of filming opportunities as it combines rooms/spaces which are beautifully presented with their period features, rooms that have more of a rustic farmhouse feel (living room, kitchen etc, and rooms that are distinctly retro (bathrooms, dining room and living room).
Some of the rooms are undressed, but there is furniture around the property that could be moved to meet set dressing requirements
In some rooms the decor has been significantly degraded with time. We actually found these rooms to be of significant interest to our clients. On visual inspection we assessed that filming in these rooms was not likely to be a potential risk to our clients, but in all cases hirers should make their own assessments.
This property is 30 minutes from manchester and really does have something for most filmmakers, and is well worth considering
