This family home is offered to hire for a range of filmed activities. The property has been comprehensively refurbished and painted in an off-white colour which will aid DoP in white balancing of their equipment.
Hallway - Very large hallway for a family home. There are floor to ceiling frosted windows to the front, artex ceiling, 70s patterned carpet, and staircase (also 70s implementation).
Kitchen - Spacious kitchen with original 70s tiling and formica kitchen units
Living room - Spacious room updated some years ago with 80s wallpaper. The room also has a retro stone fireplace and floor to ceiling patio doors to the back garden
Bedrooms - These have seen some temporary decoration, mainly a splash of white paint. Rooms are large and may be decorated to suit the project. ("Putting back" may not be required!)
