Garden - a good sized (900sq ft) south east facing garden. Like the house, the look is clean & contemporary! The rear of the garden drops down a level and overlooks a tennis club, making it supremely private. The garden is accessed via the large sliding living room windows or side gate. It has off street parking.
Parking - large driveway which can comfortably accommodate two large cars. Directly outside the house is a residents permit bay for which we have permits and which can also be suspended via the council.
Location - We reside in West Hampstead, a lovely peaceful but buzzy little "village" in North West London.
West Hampstead boasts unbeatable transport links, and is served by tube (Jubilee Line), Overground and Thameslink stations, all within a five minute walk of the property. The M1, North circular (A406) and A40 are only a few minutes drive away. We also have excellent parking facilities.
