A large white 19th century (1856) farm house/ shooting lodge in keeping with Scottish traditional decor available for filming. The lodge and its beautiful cottages and gardens are set within 6500 acres of stunning Scottish countryside.

Interior
The interior of the main lodge has been done in keeping where possible with Scottish traditional decor. The main entrance hall has a beautiful large open fireplace with another in the main drawing room. We also have a traditionally styled billiards room and a period dining room with beautiful paintings and polished silver.
The cottages are styled in a more modern manner however are perfect for putting up film crews while they shoot on the estate.
Further more we have an old shepherds cottage now with a full size veranda around it set about 3km into the estate lands. It is traditionally wood paneled walls and floors and has a small kitchen and bathroom.
The land is a mixture of moorland and well maintained forestry.

Exterior
The exterior of the main lodge and the 3 adjacent cottages are all white and centred around a small grass courtyard. It is beautifully secluded yet situated just 200 yards from the main road. There are several estate maintained roads which allows manoeuvrability around the estate in all terrain vehicles or 4x4s.
