The covered kitchen has a gas BBQ, pizza oven, triple fridge and sink with hot running water. Over the central island are two remote-control heaters for those cooler evenings. The area has surround speakers and an outdoor TV, which can be watched from the 6 seater hot tub. There is additional seating, with two armchairs under a large umbrella and a comfortable corner sofa. The property is gated and has parking for 8-9 cars.
