Kerry Katona pushes herself to the limit with GI Jane bootcamp to boost her fitness

The Atomic Kitten star is pushing herself to stay in shape and she had no problem getting down and dirty Kerry Katona has been put through her paces as she endured a tough session at GI Jane Bootcamp in Kent. The former Atomic Kitten singer didn't look phased by the challenge she was facing as she got down and dirty at the Sittingbourne base this week. With mud splattered over her face, the blonde star went all out as she crawled, jumped and ran her way through a tough course. Her short hair stayed remarkably well-styled, although she was dressed for action in a white jumper, grey hoody and a pair of leggings. In several snaps, the star was spotted crawling along the grass under netting as she pushed herself in a bid to stay fit. Although she was able to smile for the camera, the look of determination was obvious as Kerry did herself proud. Dropping to her knees in a moment of shock, she held her hands to her face - possibly overwhelmed by what she had achieved. As well as running, jumping and crawling, she also did some carrying - and she made it look a lot easier than it probably was. She was seen running towards tires along the ground, carrying weights in each hand as she pushed herself to the limit. The star will have welcomed the chance to clear her head, although she seemed in good spirits days after celebrating her first wedding anniversary with husband George Kay . They have been recently rocked by rumours of relationship troubles after she kicked him out of the house they shared. Kerry revealed this month they are back on track after some relationship counselling , and the happy couple have taken to Twitter to share sweet messages to mark the milestone.
